The Details of Dancing Feet

At a recent family birthday party, I found beautiful light and got an extraordinary photo of my children, nieces and nephews. After the perfection, came the sweet dancing feet in golden streams of sunlight. This photo has childhood written all over it!

Today, I'm linking up with Darcy's Life with my 3 Boybarians and her project 52. The theme for the week is Details.

March Favorite

I'm joining Courtney at Click It Up a Notch's monthly favorite. I had a few favorites so it was a tough choice. I finally decided on the following photo of my kids and nieces and nephews. I took it at a birthday celebration. I went to the car to get something and saw this beautiful light coming into the front yard. I ran in and grabbed all the kids. It was if the angels sang and all the elements of good photography and happy subjects came together. I got beautiful back lighting with catch lights from the reflection off the concrete. And...to top it all off...everyone (even the baby) was smiling!

More Easy Breezy

My daughters liked the photos I took of their friend last week so much that they begged me to take photos of them at the beach. I couldn't resist processing them with Kristianne's Easy Breezy presets (http://kristiannekochphotography.com/blog/2012/03/processing-a-vision/). Just lovely!

Easy Breezy for Sweet Shot Tuesday

I finally have a sweet shot for Sweet Shot Tuesday! This is my friend's daughter and she was a dream to photograph. Unlike my own children, she followed directions! I just love this photo of her! And I used Kristianne Koch's Easy Breezy Lightroom preset (http://kristiannekochphotography.com/blog/2012/03/processing-a-vision/ ) to process them.

The top photo is my Sweet Shot Tuesday entry at Sweet Shot Day , but I also had to show this one off!

Beach Photos for Young Teen

I had the honor and privilege of photographing someone I've watched grow from a toddler to a young woman. She was a blast to photograph and the pictures all turned out beautiful. Here is just a sampling:
